I am wounded. In this eternal struggle of the angels and demons for my soul, I have been wounded. I never thought I would be a casualty of war. My God went to the cross and died for my sins and there are so many times I have not served him.

By now I should have been shot for cowardice. I have ducked in my foxhole and hid. I am weak. I am a coward. I cry out with my heart that God will give me the strength to fight. God please confirm and gird me for the battle at hand.

I know this war will not be easy, but being uplifted by your right hand, I know I will become the warrior you need me to be.
